- No smoking is permitted on the premises.
- This property is pet friendly with a pet fee per pet. Pet fee is $150 per pet. All pets must be disclosed prior to arrival.
- Any reservations made for a future year (known as "Advanced Reservations") are subject to rate and availability changes. These reservations will be confirmed in January of the arrival year.

We really enjoyed our stay here - just wished it could have been longer! Yhere was plenty of room for our four adults and two children, Our grandsons were disappointed that the water in the channel was too low to swim in, but use of the kayaks more than made up for that. Thank you so much! We also appreciated the AC as temps outside reached 100 degrees!
This home is so welcoming, cozy, comfortable, beautifully designed, and spacious. My family enjoyed cooking in the beautiful kitchen, while the kids loved having their own playroom. The crab traps and kayaks were a wonderful bonus!
