A 'Teague of Our Own

This home was very accommodating and provided very generous space both indoor and out. I have no doubt I'll be staying again next time I'm in town.

Upon our arrival at A Teague of Our Own, we found lovely welcome bags waiting for us from both the owners and Coastal Shore Vacations,and that was only the beginning of a perfect week. The house was comfortable,clean,well stocked,and centrally located.Everything has been taken care of so guests can relax and enjoy all that Chincoteague has to offer.

House was clean and well appointed. The big issue was that the one bathroom was on the main level while the bedrooms were upstairs, not good for seniors!

We have been staying at A 'Teague of Our Own for the last 5 years during pony penning week. We love staying at this house. It has everything we need and is a bike ride away to anywhere on the island.

Please mention in the property description that there are no bathroom on the second floor.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Great house and excellent location. The number of rooms and bathrooms was perfect for our family.

Just a heads up for anyone like myself with knee problems - the stairs to the second floor are very steep and all bedrooms are on the 2nd floor. My knees survived, but were definitely hurting by the end of the week!

This house is great for families looking for a dog friendly home base. Everything you need and a great outdoor shower. You can bike/walk into town and the grocery store easily and the bike path is close by as well. Easy access to everything.

Wonderful vacation home! Everything was perfect! Enjoyed the layout of the home. Very comfortable furniture! Within walking distance to stores and restaurants! Only regret was that we couldn't stay LONGER!

We love staying at "A Teague of Our Own". We consider it our home away from home. The weather was perfect and we love the house.

We have been staying at this location for multiple years now. The house is very cozy and enjoyable. The location is close to everything you'd need during your stay. We'll be back again next year!

We went to Chincoteague for Memorial Day weekend and booked this place based purely on the photos - it just looked so cute. The photos did NOT lie! The home was spotless and perfect for our needs. Our group included 5 adults and 1 medium dog. We would totally stay there again.
We couldn’t get enough of the sunroom and the deck. It rained 2 out of the 3 days we were there but there are so many board games in the home we never felt bored. Speaking of rain, it totally ruined our plans for the first day but luckily we were able to check in a few mins early. We were very grateful to be out of the cold rain. We were pleasantly surprised when we walked in and saw a cute little welcome bag with snacks and wine.

Loved this house, came here for a weekend and loved staying here. The house had everything we needed and it was just what we were looking for.

The house is really nice and enjoyable for a small family. The layout is comfortable and functional, and everything in the house was as expected or better. We had a blast, and will be back for sure.

A ‘Teague of our own is a comfortable getaway spot. Great location, fully stocked kitchen, and nice furniture. We couldn’t have asked for more!

We stayed for Presidents Day weekend, and spent a lot of time at the house since the weather was gross and cold for most of the weekend. The house does not have central heat, but there were heaters in each room, except the kitchen (not really needed there if you are cooking) and the living room. The electric fireplace in the living room (when put on high) was great for keeping us warm! The rental company was great and also provided us a space heater. The house is really cute, the beds are comfy, the kitchen is fully stocked, and cable/internet is included. I would stay here again!
