Beyond super clean, everything you need for a great stay! Communication was perfect. This rental mgmt company is perfection! I will definitely rent a property that they care for again! The condo itself was spectacular and very comfortable. I would rent it again as the views were magnificent.

Coastal Shores was amazing with the communication from start to finish. Loved the 24 hour text line, the responses were always quick and helpful. We were also thrilled that they helped us extend our stay for another day. The property was clean, comfortable and well-stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals, wash our clothes and stay comfortably for several days. We couldn't get over the water views and sunsets, and how quiet it was there despite being in a condo building. We would definitely recommend Sunset Villa 312 to a family with kids or two couples, as the master bedroom and guest rooms/ bath are on opposite sides of the condo. The location is perfect.

The condo unit was wonderful, we loved the location and the view was wonderful. Coastal Shore staff was very responsive, we had a couple requests early in the stay and those were taken care of immediately. We would definitely stay again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Chincoteague, and were glad we chose to stay in the Sunset Bay Villas. I chose this particular room because of the view, and we were not disappointed! Sunsets were absolutely lovely, and the balcony was tranquil and lovely to watch boats pass. The apartment is larger than it looks in photos, and spacious enough to comfortably fit 6 or more if you use the couch. Table has seating for 8. When we arrived, everything was spotlessly clean, and I'm glad we added the linens package for our convenience. A/C worked well (which we needed over 4th of July -- it was super humid out!) except in the front room, which had a fan to help move the air. It was fine if the door was open, but did get a little warm if the door was closed, but the teens in the room didn't mind at all. Laundry in the apartment was convenient. Since we came by car, I had a lot of the little things we needed, but as a note to those coming to stay: there was nothing left as far as dry goods from previous visitors. Only one roll of toilet paper was provided for each bathroom, and one roll of paper towels, no tissues, napkins, no salt/pepper. So it's good to know to bring your own or purchase some when you get here. Dishes, silverware, and other kitchen cooking items were readily available, and we cooked most nights. The elevator was helpful, although the kids liked to race it and get downstairs before us. The pool was perfect, and we enjoyed that it was in the shade in the late afternoons so we didn't have to coat ourselves in sunscreen to enjoy it. We had a fantastic time in Chincoteague, loved the convenience of being able to walk to restaurants, the carnival, the grocery store, and to see fireworks from outside. Even at its busiest on the 4th of July, it was quiet and we never heard our neighbors while inside. The decor was nice and beachy, and the rental company was fantastic to work with, responding to my text questions with suggestions in record time!

We really enjoyed our time, the rental was great as it has always been. The amenities and location are great, which is why we come back. Biggest issue is extent of cleaning, especially around the bathrooms, just needs more effort/attention.

Spacious property with great views from the balcony in a great location. Overall, our stay was pleasant and enjoyable, however attention to detail was lacking in some areas. The whirlpool tub released fragments of mold when turned on; drained and tried again with the same result. The master bath shower had mold in the corners and the overhead light was out. Upon advisement, the property management company was responsive to our request but informed us that maintenance would not be able to address the issues over the weekend. The cabinet door handles, towel bars, and other hardware were loose. While none of these items are deal-breakers, it gave the feeling of being less than clean and maintained which is especially disappointing given there is a charge specifically dedicated to “cleaning”. Overall, we had a pleasant experience in Chincoteague but as the title of our review states, it could have been better.

We really enjoyed our 3 bedroom condo! We had a beautiful waterfront view and would love to stay there again!

There is nothing more beautiful than waking up to the water. So spacious and comfortable with an open floor plan, and everything was immaculate!

This was a wonderful place to stay. The pictures don't do this place justice. Definitely will stay again.

Simply amazing! We had a blast! We were celebrating my Sons 8th birthday. He has already told me to book again for next year because this was his “ best birthday ever” It is Very spacious. We had 4 adults, 2 teens(16-17), my 8 year old, and my 2 year old. The place has everything we needed. And the veiw is amazing!
