This beautiful 2 bedroom ranch home has a quiet, out-of-the-way location situated on little Oyster Bay. The views of the bay are beautiful and expansive with a long pier straight from the back deck. Its perfect for crabbing, kayaking & canoeing! An Unfettered View features all amenities including a private master suite with full bath, central air, all appliances including dishwasher, washer/dryer, wireless internet service and a wonderful family room on the waterside of the home. Tastefully furnished and very accommodating, this is a great vacation spot! An Unfettered View is wheelchair accessible.
- No smoking is permitted on the premises.
- Linens and towels are not included with your reservation. Please inquire about our new attractive linen packages!
- No pets are permitted on the premises.
- Any reservations made for a future year (known as "Advanced Reservations") are subject to rate and availability changes. These reservations will be confirmed in January of the arrival year.

Location A+ Decor A+ Well Stocked A+ There isn't enough I can say good about our stay. I have rented home for one week on Chincoteague for 28 years and this is the first house I said, I want to rent it again.

My sister and I stayed for a long weekend in the Unfettered View beach house. It was beautifully decorated and clean. Just lovely! We had a great time and didn't have to worry about a thing. Thank you!

First of all I want to thank the employees at the agency, particularly Lea, Charlie, and a woman I spoke to on 9/19/2022 about an error I had made in dates ( I apologize for not remembering the name - I was in panic mode). It was intended for me to have a friend for this stay but life happens and I ended up going solo. Having stayed at this rental before I was very comfortable knowing it was a very quiet and safe area. Everything was as stated it would be. A glitch in the WiFi my first day there was corrected the next morning. Charlie was very helpful and made sure I knew how the TVs worked before he left. I remembered him from 2 years ago - very polite and professional. The location is perfect too for walking. I walked everyday to the coffee shop on Maddox and even walked across town to the farmers market. I would recommend this rental to anyone wanting a quiet and secluded place away from people and noise, but I would definitely say that if someone just needs some time away alone, this would be the place to go.

Our week could not have been more perfect. Mother Nature was very kind to us and it was gorgeous. We just love Unfettered View. The location, the cottage, everything about it is perfect. We have stayed here in the past and plan on a return visit in the near future.

Chincoteague Resort Vacation rental was very professional, courteous and nice from the booking to our entire stay. Can not say enough about how great they were!
The house and property are Stunning! The views are awesome. The house is very nicely decorated and comfortable. It was spotless upon arrival. For a handicapped individual it is a blessing! Everything is handicap accessible. We would highly recommend this property!

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this house- we really like it- it is very clean, love that it is on the water with it's own dock- love the sunrise views, and it has anything we could need in the kitchen.

This lovely rental was a great fit for our family. My kids loved using the dock to crab, fish, and kayak and the open space was lovely for hanging out. The location is out of the way enough that it was very peaceful, but just minutes away from anything we wanted to do on the island.

Our small family loved this house! The location was perfect for a long weekend getaway (close to restaurants, shops, and the beach) and we loved spending time outside on the deck and dock. Very relaxing and we can't wait to visit again!
