An excellent home with everything necessary for a very enjoyable stay.

Great week staying at Osprey. We brought our dog for the first time and are greatful that the house is pet friendly. When we did have an issue, Coastal Shores was quick to respond and have it handled. We have greatly enjoyed our years at this home.

The house was very comfortable and we enjoyed the porch when the days were a little cooler. It is in a nice location with trees surrounding the house, and it is easy to get anywhere from this location in Chincoteague or to Assateague Island.

This is our third year renting Osprey, and every year I am more impressed. The house is quite well maintained and very tastefully decorated. The kitchen is quite well equipped with cooking utensils, dishware, and pots and pans. It is in Oyster Bay 1, a quiet location , nestled away in the salt marshes. My family and I are very pleased with this property.

Nice and comfortable, everything works and is easy to use, in a beautiful area — Oyster Bay. The screened porch is wonderful.

Very happy with our stay at the Osprey house. The house was beautiful and everything felt new and clean. The air conditioning worked great during a very hot week.

We had a great week at Osprey. Very nice home very clean and comfortable. Excellent communication with the rental company. We would return to this property if and only if they got a new mattress for the master bedroom. Its really hard and it's rutted on both sides with a mountain in the middle. Neither of us slept well all week.

Once again, we had a wonderful time. This was our third stay at Osprey and our 9th visit to Chincoteague. Osprey is perfect for our needs (4 adults), comfortable, clean, and appointed with all the necessities.

This was our first time renting a property from Chincoteaque Resort Vacations and the whole process went very smoothly. Keyless check in was easy and checking out went without a hitch. We were unable to reserve linens in advance and had to bring our own which was a little inconvenient, but otherwise everything was fine.
Activities enjoyed were sightseeing, crabbing, and biking.

Osprey is a very lovely home that has had a lot of upgrades in the 5yrs we have been staying here. It is very close to the boat ramp which is wonderful because we love to kayak around the bay. The house is clean and the newer kitchen and cookware is fantastic. We will continue to return for years to come. The master bedroom and bath are lovely. The other two rooms have plenty of space. The master got a new bed and mattress a few years ago, we are hopeful they will update the other bedroom beds as well. A bunkbed in the 2 twin room would accommodate another child, which would be wonderful.
The porch is lovely and we sit out there often. The only negative about the porch is that there is no fan and it gets quite hot without a direct breeze.

Beautiful home great setup all you could ask for. Temperatures dropped and the winds were unbelievably cold during our stay. Pipes froze and we knew by the for sat that it wasn't getting better. Everyone from the owner to the rental company even the neighbors came to our aid. We were able to move but knew that problem would be addressed and we would come back to this properly again and again. I'm talkin coooooold

We had a lovely stay this past week at Osprey. We enjoyed having nice open floor plan. We really liked having the boat dock so close by as well. We set out on kayaking adventures several times. We look forward returning next year.

We had a very good time at Chincoteague Island. The property was so clean and equipped. The only comment everyone has was you didn't mention there is no sheets, shampoo, hand soaps, dish soap and body wash. I think all rental properties usually have it and it's very basic. But if you can't provide it, please mention it. Except that, all was fine. Thanks for your kindness.

Our stay at Osprey was nice. The location is good. We enjoyed crabbing from the nearby dock. The house was clean. The mattresses were too firm for our liking. Some things in the house have been updated, some things could still use an update. Being dog friendly was a plus for us. We would consider staying at Osprey again.

A lovely family vacation! The porch is lovely and quiet and the perfect spot to read or have breakfast. The house was clean and lovely and perfect for our family. Thank you! Will rent again.

We loved Osprey. It was beautifully appointed, very clean and met our needs perfectly. Both bathroom doors stick and need some WD40 and the second BR needs a mirror over the dresser, but otherwise fantastic!

We had another wonderful time on our favorite island. This was our first trip in the fall and we lucked out with perfect weather. Osprey was very comfortable, exceptionally clean, and well stocked with every kitchen amenity you could ask for. Thank you for being so accommodating when we had to reschedule not once but twice.
