The kitchen features all the necessary appliances and ample space, making it ideal for cooking and dining.
One of the highlights of this home is its expansive, fenced backyard. It’s an ideal space for pets and for you to enjoy outdoor activities. The nice deck area offers a perfect spot for barbecues or simply soaking up the calm atmosphere of the neighborhood. Also enjoy a large firepit for smores in the evening hours!

- Linens and towels are not included with your reservation. Please inquire about our new attractive linen packages!
- This property is dog friendly with a pet fee per pet. Pet fee is $150 per pet. All pets must be disclosed prior to arrival. (No cats or certain dog breeds, please inquire.)
- Any reservations made for a future year (known as "Advanced Reservations") are subject to rate and availability changes. These reservations will be confirmed in January of the arrival year.

We really enjoyed our stay and the amenities made the trip effortless. A/C works great and the washer dryer was a real plus. The only recommendation I have is to have someone inspect the bathroom. On the hot days, there was a strong septic smell coming from the bathroom/toilet area. This was the only detractor from our stay. Communication with the representatives was also top notch and they attended to all my questions swiftly. I would certainly recommend this facility to friends and family and I hope we have the chance to visit and stay here again!
Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Great location. Beautiful house with all the amenities. Would definitely stay there again. Chincoteague Resorts is excellent to work with. Very accommodating and kept in touch with helpful text messages during my stay. Very nice welcome bag also!
