As usual everything worked well - an enjoyed stay!

We all loved the house. The views are great. The floor plan is actually fun, going room to room. The kitchen is one of the best stocked kitchens of all the homes we’ve stayed at. The labeling of most of the switches made it that much easier doing day to day stuff. And though we didn’t use the game room a lot, it’s still a very nice feature. Being on the bay afforded countless sightings of birds passing by and even the ability to watch them looking for food in the grass behind the house. And Coastal Shore Vacations was very responsive to any questions we had, and they were more than happy to keep us updated anything necessary.

Blue Pointe Bayside is our favorite house of all times (and we have been to many). This was probably our 5th or 6th time there. We love the feeling of emersion into the marsh ecosystem with all the decks, the shell path, and the garden. We enjoyed getting acquainted with the marsh dwellers and viewing many sunsets. The house is well-appointed, nice decor, comfortable beds and furniture, and the kitchen is equipped beyond everything you could possibly need. Coastal Shore Vacations is a great property management company. They communicate with the customer just the right amount (reminders, check in occasionally). They always make you feel like they are there for you. Payment process, check in/out is smooth. House was clean and in excellent shape.

Our family stayed at the Blue Point Bayside over Memorial Weekend 2024, and it was so relaxing! The sunset views were so gorgeous especially off the top deck. There were sunbathing, fishing and spending family time in the game room while we were there. Our grandson wants to come back just for the game room. We had everything we needed for a relaxing family getaway and we are looking forward to coming back.

We had a wonderful stay! We’ve been coming down for years, staying in a variety of rentals. This was hands down our best experience. The house was comfy and bright, the views can’t be beat, and the kids loved the game room. Thank you for great trip!

Beautiful home on water, beautiful sunsets and critter viewing. We rented kayaks and went out almost everyday. We hosted dinners in the enclosed porch and movie nights in the living area which sat plenty. BBQ was empty but staff replaced next day. Check when you arrive or you may have to cook in the kitchen. I was disappointed in the dustiness above eyeline but nothing to gross like some of the rentals I’ve had in my life. Good communication with staff and they were always pleasant. Recommend you stay here!

As usual, the house was a perfect place to stay on Chincoteague. Great location, quiet, well outfitted. The cleanliness has gone down though and the furniture is showing its age.

This was our second year at Blue Pointe Bayside. The property is beautifully kept and offers stunning views of the sunset. Great place for a family vacation. Would book every year if they were to allow dogs

The house was nice and the kitchen was fully stocked. The 3rd bathroom was in the separate building in the recreational building. Describes crapping and fishing, this was challenging as there was no dock area. Overall, it worked well for 3 couples

Beautiful location for watching sunsets and migratory birds. Well stocked kitchen, better than expected. Advertised linen service was not available, but we were warned in advance. Loved the easy access to Assateague National Seashore for beach, birds trails, and ponies.

We very much enjoyed our stay at this house. There were plenty of nice features - beautiful view, easy checkin, great amount of light and was just really easy to be there and feel at home.

This is a terrific place with multiple places from which to enjoy the bay-scape, including great sunsets.

We were very happy with this beautiful property. The house is gorgeous with lovely views of the bay. The house was stocked with everything we needed and more. It was awesome to have the game room considering it was rainy for a few days and we spent much time enjoying the games. We absolutely loved our stay. Thank you Chincoteague Resorts! We will definately be renting from you for our next vacation.

This is the 2nd time weve stayed in this house and we love it! It is so well stocked and taken care of. The views are beautiful and the game room is a blast for our kids. During the storm we found a leak in the bedroom and then the ceiling fell, once I called in, someone was here within 30 minutes. It didnt disrupt our stay and the man was very pleasant!
