Come and enjoy a nice, relaxing vacation at this charming island home. "Blue Moon" is centrally located on Chincoteague Island - it's not too far from downtown, a public boat launch, nature trails, and one of the island's most-loved fresh seafood shops! Downstairs features the living room/dining area combo, a lovely kitchen, full bathroom and 2 screened porches. On the second level you'll find 3 bedrooms and another full bathroom. The third level is the master bedroom suite with a King bed and full bathroom. If you enjoy the more traditional-style homes, "Blue Moon" might be the one for you!
- Linens and towels are included with your reservation.
- No smoking is permitted on the premises.
- This property is pet friendly with a pet fee per pet. Pet fee is $150 per pet. All pets must be disclosed prior to arrival.
- Any reservations made for a future year (known as "Advanced Reservations") are subject to rate and availability changes. These reservations will be confirmed in January of the arrival year.

It was perfect for my husband and I and my daughter and son-in-law and their two children. The house is clean and it worked well for us. The only comment I would have is that there’s a king size bed in the attic. The stairs are very steep. Like a ladder. And the bathroom on that floor does not have a shower. It’s a tub with a handheld. So that was a little bit of an inconvenience but overall for the price and the cleanliness it was great.

We've been staying on the island for about 20 years now, This little home was perfect for our vacation. The only thing I would suggest is please change the twin mattresses, they were very uncomfortable. Also the stairs for the king suite were a little too small and for a tall person might be difficult, but we were short so it worked out fine. Overall the house was perfect for our large clan and the other beds were comfy; so was the living room. The kitchen was very roomy too! Thank you for such an awesome place!
