Blue Marlin is a brand new home that is now available exclusively - you will NOT want to miss your opportunity. Visitors from all around fall in love with the charm and beauty of our small town. Blue Marlin is nestled just a few short minutes from the heart of our downtown and offers everything you will need to enjoy a true Island vacation. Spectacular views are abound from just about every room of this gorgeous home. From the time you enter, become enamored with the fresh, beach-like feel of this well thought out Island Home. Blue Marlin offers first floor living, complete with a half bath off of the well-equipped kitchen, a king sized bedroom with beautiful bay views, TV, and en-suite bathroom. Upstairs you will find a spacious sitting entertainment area featuring a sleeper sofa and large TV, as well as two bedrooms. Each bedroom is tastefully decorated and comfortably furnished for a wonderful vacation stay. There are two twin beds, as well as a queen sized bed (with 40 in. TV) upstairs, along with a full bathroom. You may take notice to the many handcrafted furnishings in the home that the owners have taken great pride in creating. Blue Marlin offers front porch sitting, breathtaking sunset views, an outdoor grill, long dock with ladder, (yes, bring your boat!) - there's even extra parking for your boat trailer (behind the yellow house). Everything you need for a perfect vacation is here.. Oh, did we mention this home is pet friendly too?!
- No smoking is permitted on the premises.
- Linens and towels are not included with your reservation. Please inquire about our new attractive linen packages!
- This property is pet friendly with a pet fee per pet. Pet fee is $150 per pet. All pets must be disclosed prior to arrival.
- Any reservations made for a future year (known as "Advanced Reservations") are subject to rate and availability changes. These reservations will be confirmed in January of the arrival year.

We stayed over Memorial Day weekend and everything was wonderful! The house clean and had everything we needed. Will definitely stay again on our next trip to Chincoteague Island!

Had a great stay at Blue Marlin. The house has a convenient location and the dock made it easy to use our boat. Also crabbing from the dock kept the kids entertained.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Blue Marlin and would absolutely stay again if our party’s needs were met. Location was great though there is a good bit of street noise in the early evening. We solved this issue by using a white noise app. The two living spaces were very comfortable. It was very nice having the upstairs TV area for the kids to hang out while allowing the grown ups a quiet place to relax downstairs. The kitchen was decently stocked for basic cooking. Two things that could be improved upon are: 1. There is an unmistakable smell of cat urine in the downstairs half bath that radiates throughout the downstairs. That was unpleasant. 2. Our stay would have been made more comfortable if the upstairs bedroom had a king sized bed rather than a queen. My husband and I gave the downstairs master to his folks and he ended up sleeping on the couch bc we’re used to a king sized bed. The room is plenty big enough and it wouldn’t cost a ton of money to upgrade. Outside of those two things, we really enjoyed the home.

Very clean house, well appointed. Staff management very helpful when needed.
Pictures do not do this home justice, it is so spacious, neat and clean with just the small touches of decor that you could make yourself at home. The dock is great too. The only thing that could have are it better would be a deck on the back but the front porch is truly the best views . I can’t wait to book this home again and again.
